Service Strategy

1. Understand the needs and confirm the plan


Detailed communication: Fully discuss the accessories requirements (type, material, precision, purpose, etc.) with you.


Professional advice: Our engineers provide material selection, design and process suggestions based on the needs. If customization is required, we will explain.


Proofing/molding:


Standard parts: Samples can be provided for confirmation.


Customized parts: Molds are required (special tools for making). The mold opening fee is borne by you. After the subsequent order volume reaches the target, the mold opening fee will be refunded as agreed.


2. Drawing confirmation and contract signing


Drawing finalization: Both parties jointly confirm the final design drawings (including all detailed requirements).


Contract signing: Sign a formal contract to clarify the terms of product, price, payment, etc.


Pay the deposit: You pay the deposit according to the contract (such as 30%-50%). The production cycle starts from the receipt of the deposit and the custom mold is ready.


3. Manufacturing and on-time delivery


Precision machining: Use advanced equipment and produce strictly according to the drawing requirements.


Quality control: Strict inspection during and after production.


Delivery guarantee: For conventional and customized parts with ready molds, the standard delivery time shall not exceed 30 working days after production ##starts. The delivery time of complex parts shall be confirmed separately. We will inform you of the progress in a timely manner.


4. Delivery and after-sales service


Delivery: After passing the inspection, the goods will be properly packaged and shipped.


Acceptance: Please accept the goods according to the contract and drawings.


After-sales support: Provide technical consultation. If there are any problems that meet the quality terms, we will be responsible for solving them.
